The aim of the My Smart Kid Grade 2 Life Skills Box is to help you enable your child to make well-informed, healthy choices and to help them practice behaviours that contribute to their safety and well-being. The items in this box have been carefully chosen to reinforce life skill topics that will be presented at school this year:

• Communication
• Animals
• General knowledge
• Road safety rules

Use the Smart Box throughout the year. Certain items will be useful at the start and during the year whilst others will reinforce topics covered in the second half of Grade 2.

This box is a keeper and should be referenced continuously during Grade 2.
