THE KID ZONE RETURNS POLICY

You can return your order but please bare in mind our returns policy below:

Returning Unwanted Products?

To return an unwanted Product:

1. Return must be actioned within 7 days of being delivered.

2. Product(s) must be undamaged / unused, with original labels attached.

3. Products must be in their original packaging, which must be undamaged and in the condition as it was received.

4. A R60 upliftment fee will be issued.  The goods will be inspected on return and should return be approved, a Gift Card will be issued with the delivery fee deduction. *Value of goods less R60.

Returning Surprise Boxes?

To return a Surprise Box:

1. Return must be actioned within 7 days of being delivered.

2. Product(s) must be undamaged / unused, with original labels attached.

3. Products must be in their original packaging, which must be undamaged and in the condition as it was received.

4. We do not charge an upliftment fee when returning Surprise Boxes if it falls within the 7 days of the order being delivered.

Returning Products You Didn't Order?

If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

Please don’t remove the product from its original packaging. Simply contact us on  email onlinesupport@primagrp.co.za to notify us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returning Defective / Damaged products?

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality. If you've received a product with a defect or fault, we will gladly replace the exact product at no additional cost to you, will arrange to collect the product from you and we will deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Where a replacement product is not available, your account will be credited.
